11 October 2012 - Serotonin Club elects Adrian as new European Council member

The Serotonin Club is an international association for biomedical scientists who are interested in any aspect of research on serotonin (5-hydroxytryptamine). Since its foundation in 1987, it has become a premier forum for presentation and discussion of the diverse physiological roles of serotonin.

The Serotonin Club, which recently held its biannual meeting in Montpellier (France), is renewing its Council membership and elected Adrian Newman-Tancredi as one of its European representatives: he will take up his responsibilities on the Council as of January 2013. Adrian has been a long-standing member of the Serotonin Club and has published extensively on the pharmacology of serotonergic drugs, such as antidepressants and antipsychotics (see Publications).
